Purpose Faith and Practice is a QLSP committee that is in the process of creating a document which will represent the community's purpose, faith, and practice. This document is created by the body, for the body, as a living document that will hold our values and beliefs as we grow.

Thanksgiving Query 2011!
Please respond to the following query as you are led.
What are you thankful for within QLSP?
Thanks for all your cooperation Friends! Enjoy the holiday
I am very thankful for a community that consistently challenges my core values while never actively seeking to change them to conform with their own. I am also always impressed with and thankful for the seemingly unending "stretchiness" of the QLSP community. It seems that the community when truly acting as a whole it has the amazing ability to not only help carry the burdens of its individual members but also help work to ease those burdens.
I am thankful to be part of a community that allows me to actively practice Quaker process, provides a space for me to explore and challenge my spirituality, and surrounds me by some really awesome people. It's a place where I can be supported, and also provide support. Thank you Friends!
I am thankful to be such an integral part of an amazing program like QLSP. I feel that every QLSPer is integral to the program and that makes it a really tight-knit community, while still being open to the wider Guilford community. I am thankful to have a space of simple reflection and for a communal spiritual journey, which is what QLSP is for me. Thank you for everything, Friends!
I am thankful for the energy that the QLSP community radiates, bringing love, support, understanding, wonder, and a calm sense of challenge to everyone it meets.
