Fall Query 2012!
Respond as you feel led...
What inspired you over break? How are you keeping that inspiration vibrant as you enter the second half of the semester?
Thanks Friends!
Seeing my family for the first time in a long time reminded me of how my family has very high hopes for me and I came back to Guilford with a renewed desire to not only shape Guilford's policies but also maintain my standing as a strong academic student at Guilford.
I've been having daily conversations with my family (harder now with Hurricane Sandy taking out the power) and hearing my younger brothers struggles with school helps remind me of how it is important to step up to the plate and set a good example for him.
Having time to just be out in nature and to not have a set schedule was something that really inspired me to be active over fall break. I would say that the same inspiration is present in my life during my second half of the semester as well. Activities that get me out doors help me become more in touch with my body as well as connecting with nature.
